Rooted & Resourced: An Embodied Tai Chi Retreat for Energy Psychotherapists
Non-residential retreat in coastal Teignmouth, Devon
Ground with your body, replenish your spirit, and feel your energy.
Is this You?
You’re the one others turn to for support: calm, steady, and present. But beneath the surface, you might feel:
-
Drained, as if your own energy is running low;
-
Suffocated by personal or professional commitments, with little space left for yourself;
-
Energetically scattered, struggling to feel grounded or connected;
-
Longing for quiet, for replenishment, for time to reconnect with your body and spirit;
-
Curious about how your own energy could guide you, if only you had the space to listen.
If any of this resonates, this non-residential retreat for energy psychotherapists in beautiful Teignmouth was made for you. Step into a circle of peers who get it... and return home with more vitality, clarity, and connection.
